Traditional/Sports Poomse

• ALL color belts and Black Belts 11 and under
• 12 years old and older ages black belts who did not know Sports Poomsae- Grassroot
• Divisions by rank (ex: yellow belt-Taeguek 1 or 2 jang)
• WT recognized Poomsae only (Taeguek and official black belt poomsae)
• Decision by hand signal/blue & red flag system
• Match using tournament bracket system

Black Belts 12yrs and older only(must know Sports Poomsae)

• Cadet, 12-14 years old: Taegeuk 4- Keumgang
• Junior, 15-17 years old: Taegeuk 4- Taebaek
• 18- 30 years old: Taegeuk 6-Shinjin
• 31- 40 years old: Taegeuk 6-Shinjin
• 41- 50 years old: Taegeuk 8-Chonkwon
• 51+ years old: Koryo-Hansu

In each division, poomsae matches will use an electronic scoring system.
